IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED BEFORE SUBMITTING THE JOB
Paper:(1) Non-Terable is paper which does not tear, it is not water-proof. Upon scratching ink on this paper will come off. (2) Standard Papers will be used for all other paper medias mentioned in our product list. (All papers of different mills will be used as per their availability, hence variation in brightness and thickness may appear).
Design: (1) Design for all jobs should be in coreldraw or Pdf format. (2) Design size should be as per final job size. All important matter in the design should be at least 3 mm inside from all edges, so that important matter does not come under cutting. Job size should be from our standard product list only. (3) All Colors in the design must be CMYK. Do not use RGB on Panton Colors. (4) InDesign, convert all fonts to curve. No font should be kept open, it may change.
Printing: (1) Every job is printed in group printing, 100% color matching is not possible. Color shade and printing changes as per paper (Color variation up to 30% may appear). (2) Due to group printing, color and printing may not match in repeat jobs. (3) Even if a front- back job has same colur on both the sides print and color variation will appear. (4) color seen on regular Monitor, Digital Print wil not match with actually printed job. (5) Color variation will appear in dark shades of Grey, Violet, Blue, Green, Brown, Orange. (6) Back set-off will appear on back side of NT Job for designs having heavy patch.
Cutting: Final job size may be +/-2 mm as compared to the ordered size. Rarely cutting of a job may be slightly cross.
Quantity: There could be wastage up to 3% of the ordered quantity. Customer may get instead of 1000, similarly 485 instead of 500.
Delivery: 24 hours make one day. Sunday and other holidays are not considered as working days.
